Report a Concern

The City of Muncie wishes to provide the citizens of Muncie with a robust tool for reporting and tracking concerns to the various entities of City Government. Follow the links to the appropriate department's page.

The Delaware County Emergency Management Agency has an online tool for residents to report damage from the severe weather experienced Sunday, November 6th.  The Delaware County EMA states that this form is not an application for assistance programs, and citizens are still encouraged to consult local permitting officials before repairs are started.  That form can be found at this link.
